1. I didn't receive the item I purchased. Where is my package?
If you paid for your order with paypal you can login to your paypal account to see the tracking information. If you placed your order through L2order.com, you can login to your L2order account to see the tracking information as well. 2. Could I get the tracking number of the item I purchased?
Yes, you will receive an email from our shipping vendors once your item has been shipped out. If you did not receive it, you can check by logging in to your Paypal account or L2order account.

3. I'm an international customer, how long will it take to ship to me?
It will usually take about 3-4 weeks for international orders. If you do not receive it within that time, please let us know and we can resend another shipment or provide a full refund to you.

We usually use USPS for shipping. However you may choose other carriers such as FEDEX, UPS with extra charge.

6. The item I've purchased is not working. How can I return the item?
You may return your item by filling out the RMA form by clicking here. After you complete the form, print out two copies, one for your record and include the other one with your return item. If you do not have a printer, mark the RMA# outside of your shipping package. This form will help us identify your return and process it fast. Any returns without an RMA# will be returned at the owner's expense. Our return address is:

7. Do I need to pay for the shipping fee if I return an item?
Customers will need to pay for the shipping cost to return the item to us and we will cover the shipping cost to send the exchange items to customers.

8. I've ordered the incorrect item, am I able to cancel it? What is the restocking fee?
Yes, you can cancel it but you have to pay for the 15% restocking fee if the order is already shipped out. Repair service will be an exception.

9. Do you repair Apple logic board or PC motherboard?
Yes, we repair both. We have skilled and experienced technicians and professional equipment to do a variety of board-level repairs such as water spilled, short circuit components, BIOS failure, etc.

10. Do I need to ship out my entire laptop to you for repair?
Yes, we recommend that you send an entire laptop instead of a motherboard/logic board only so that we will be able to fully test your laptop after repair.

11. What is the usual turnaround time frame for repair service?
It will usually take 7-10 business days to repair your motherboard/logic board. Special issues may take longer.

12. Can I get a discount on repairs if I am a return customer?
Yes, we do offer discounts for repeat customers such as computer stores, repair technicians, etc. as long as they send us up to 5 laptops/desktops for repair. Starting from 6th repair, we can offer $100 per unit on all PC laptop repair and $200 per unit on all Apple laptop repair.
