1. Customer Service Representative

 

Overview:

 

This is a full-time position in the New York office and an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented starter who are interested in customer service position.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Customer service lead with responses to all customer/distributor requests or inquiries.
  • Answer phone and provide answers or assistance to all consumer calls and store level calls throughout the week.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Basic knowledge in computer repair and computer parts.
  • Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and presentation skills are a must.
  • Detailed and patient.
  • Bi-lingual is a plus, Chinese & English.

 

2. Sales Representative

 

Overview:

 

This is a full-time position in the New York office and an excellent opportunity for a beginner who has  great passion in sales area.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Take care the companies who have the long-term business relationship with us;
  • Communicate with customers about the computer repair status updates;
  • Do the research about the computer parts price comparison;
  • Understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Basic knowledge in computer repair and computer parts.
  • Comfortable conducting business over the phone.
  • Strong time management skill.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and presentation skills are a must.
  • Bi-lingual is a plus, Chinese & English.

3. Supply Chain Analyst 

 

Overview:

 

This is a part-time position in the New York office. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and self-starter to gain hands-on experience with Supply Chain.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze logistics data, using methods such as data mining, data modeling, or cost or benefit analysis;
  • Investigate issues/problems, variation and gaps in data, analyze for patterns, finds root causes;
  • Prepare and analyze (predictive modeling) monthly supply plan versus demand plan;
  • Prepare reports on logistics and selling performance measures, write or revise standard operating procedures for logistics processes;
  • Regularly develop the demand plan for other companies that feeds our supply plans;
  • Create analytical charts to display transaction trends;
  • Clearly present analysis to management team;
  • Build small relational database between daily orders and returns to report customer’s main reasons of return requests and what items have high frequency to be returned;
  • Remotely monitor the flow of vehicles or inventory, using Web-based logistics information systems to track vehicles or containers;
  • Confer with management team to determine ways to optimize service levels, maintain supply-chain efficiency, or minimize cost;
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually analytical report for management team to optimize company’s supply-demand efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 0-1 year of work related experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain concepts and operation.
  • Capable to handling large sets of data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suites.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and database prefer (such as excel, R, SAS, SQL).
  • Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented and hands-on approach to projects.
  • Ability to be a motivated self-starter with the capacity to work independently.
  • Ability to foster a motivating work environment, encouraging feedback and innovation.  
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both oral and written.
  • Bi-lingual is a plus, Chinese & English.

4. Technician

 

Overview:

 

This is a full-time position in the New York office.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Follow senior technicians’ instruction to test and repair customers’ computers.
  • Disassemble some laptops for our parts selling.
  • Test return items.
  • Other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years’ experience servicing desktops, laptops.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
